  • Cancellation by Company Avenue Advisory: We reserve the right to cancel your service if you breach our terms and conditions. Refund Policy
  1. Refunds for Canceled Services: If you cancel your service within 1 day from the date of purchase and you have not received any service whether in full or in part, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase. The specific refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We cannot refund or credit money paid to government entities, filing fees, taxes, or third parties involved in processing your order. Delays caused by your late submission of documents or information are not our responsibility. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates. Company Avenue Advisory does not cover penalties or taxes on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for accuracy, and Company Avenue Advisory is not liable for additional costs related to out-of-scope services.
