What this scheme actually is
The National SC-ST Hub exists to help SC and ST entrepreneurs meet — and benefit from — the 4% public procurement reservation under the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs. Beyond capital subsidy on machinery, it reimburses bank loan processing fees, testing charges, Export Promotion Council membership and e-commerce portal registration, all of which are real cash costs for a young business.
What the scheme sets out to do
Who can apply
What you get
How to apply, step by step
- 1
Register on the NSSH portal
The scheme is implemented online at scsthub.in.
- 2
Get Udyam registered and claim MSE procurement benefits
The procurement reservation and the subsidy both flow off MSE status.
- 3
Apply component by component
Capital subsidy, fee reimbursements and capacity building are separate claims with their own documentation.
- 4
Register on GeM and NSIC to convert the procurement policy into orders
The reservation only helps if you are listed where government buyers actually buy.

No consultant can guarantee a sanction — that decision sits with the evaluating committee, bank or incubator. We commit to an honest eligibility view, an application built to the evaluator’s format, filing inside the window and a documented follow-up cadence. That is stated in every engagement letter we sign.
