What this scheme actually is
ACICs bring incubation infrastructure and capacity building to regions the mainstream startup ecosystem has not reached. AIM funds half the project and the applicant matches the rest through PPP or private contribution. For founders in aspirational districts, an ACIC may be the only local incubation available.

Who can apply
What you get
How to apply, step by step
- 1
For founders: find the ACIC in your district
ACICs are concentrated in aspirational and underserved regions. Local access is the entire point of the programme.
- 2
For institutions: arrange the 50% match first
The matching contribution through PPP or private funding must be credible at application stage.
- 3
Apply online and face the selection committee
Applications are submitted via aim.gov.in and evaluated by a screening and selection committee.

Services this usually needs
No consultant can guarantee a sanction — that decision sits with the evaluating committee, bank or incubator. We commit to an honest eligibility view, an application built to the evaluator’s format, filing inside the window and a documented follow-up cadence. That is stated in every engagement letter we sign.
