What is an FSSAI Food License?
The FSSAI license (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) is a mandatory license required by every food business operator (FBO) in India. It is governed by the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and regulated by FSSAI, the apex food regulatory body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
