What this scheme actually is
MSME Champions merged the six components of the erstwhile Credit Linked Capital Subsidy and Technology Upgradation Scheme into three: MSME-Sustainable (ZED), MSME-Competitive (Lean) and MSME-Innovative (incubation, IPR and design). The IPR and design sub-components are the ones startups most often miss — they subsidise exactly the costs young product companies struggle with.

Every component runs off MSME classification.
